Flame Arrestors
A Flame Arrestor is a device fitted to the opening of an enclosure or to the connecting pipe works in a system of enclosure and which allows gases or vapors to flow under normal operating condition, but prevents the transmission of flame and stops flame in order to prevent a large fire or explosion. It has no moving parts which comprises of passageways of apertures (Flame Cell Channels) that allows vapor or gases to flow freely through a fine woven wire screen arrestor. The arrestor simultaneously dispenses and cools an approaching flame to a temperature below the vapor ignition point.

Breather Valves
Breather Valves also known as low pressure relief and vacuum breaker, enclosed in one single housing. Itis widely used where pressure and vacuum relief is required. This operates at a preset pressure, the pressure pallet lifts and giving vent to the flow and where vacuum is developed in closed system, at a set pressure, vacuum pallet lifts in breathing the air. These valves are usually installed on fixed roof tanks, storing highly volatile organic liquids with low flash point.

Corrosion Resistant Linings
These products will have plastic lining inside & suitable for corrosive liquids. Wetted parts are always plastic lined & externally it is metal.

Calibration Pots
Sigma Calibration Pots provides a fast, easy and economical means of checking the flow rate of chemical metering pumps. The most accurate test of metering pump flow rate is to measure drawdown rate on the suction side, while leaving the discharge undisturbed in its normal steady state operating condition. Pump flow rate verification on a periodic basis or after maintenance is important to system accuracy.

Rugged metal frame construction with top and bottom plate, and fastened with tie rods. Shielded gla/ sAcrsyli c model available for acids and strong chemicals. Calibrated scales were protected from harsh chemicals by laminating on both sides.
